Where: I live in Thornhill with Karen Cooper, Rosemary Sylman, David Marx, Lee Glass, Evie Weiss (who lives in the same condo as I do), Marilyn Morgan, Debbie Millman, and I’m sure hundreds of other Newtonbrookers.
What I do: Not much. I am a retired teacher librarian. I now do a lot of adult reading as opposed to reading children’s books.
I walk all year round, using a trail that’s close to where I live. It’s wonderful!
I bake, I cook, I binge watch lots of Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple+ and Disney+ series.
I get together with many of our Newtonbrook pals, and I pretty much do what I want to do when I want to do it. I’m REALLY liking retirement!
Family: I’m married to my high school days boyfriend, Michael Grosman (a William Lyon Mackenzier). We have been married for 48 years this summer.
We have 2 sons. Ryan, who’s not married, is a senior copywriter at an ad agency.
My older son Erik is a media coordinator and is married to Marsha Abramson’s niece, Jennifer. They have 2 children - Lowen is 9 and Olivia is 6.
*I am very much looking forward to seeing my Newtonbrook pals on June 22nd, so we can celebrate our 70th together! See you there!
